'A Courtier Receiving a Divine Revelation'.
I would have preferred receiving some Sun-light on a foggy, cold day!

c1700 AD from Dr. Claus Virch's estate sold by Sotheby's on 16th March 2016 (US$15,000).

Though the courtier bears resemblance to ruler , he may be archetypal - not a specific individual.
