We would call up big companies and offer them 15 second billing?? All #LAY_DOWN_SALES for the most part. Just getting past the Gatekeeper was key.. grin

That meant that instead of Big Corporate companies paying per minute they now only will pay per 15 second billing>>7 cent billing per minute etc..

A no brain-er if you could actually speak with a decision maker.. UGH!

For example: If you were paying .30 cents per minute and now you are on 15 second billing tier and spoke on the phone 15 seconds you would be charged $0.30/4 = $0.07.5 cents for that call instead of $0.30 cents per minute or whatever was the going rate at the time.

Equated for Millions in annual savings per year for many companies..

Let it be known that a modicum of snow was sufficient to cause the status of my FedEx delivery to change from "On FedEx vehicle for delivery." to "No scheduled delivery date available at this time."

Although the creed is that of the USPS, I expect at least an equivalent effort from that of a private company. Disappointed to say the least.
