Finished "Deliver Us Mars" on PS5. I knew it had received very mixed reviews but damn, didn't expect THIS rough game from company who created "Deliver Us The Moon". The only redeemable thing in the game was the story (and maybe voice acting). There were dozens of moments in about 8 hour long game which almost made me rage-quit because how terrible certain game mechanics were (climbing).

Much like #DeliverUsTheMoon, after a slow start, I’ve found myself quite invested in #DeliverUsMars, and am enjoying it outside of some occasional technical and gameplay mechanic frustrations.

#deliverusmars hat sehr Spass gemacht, technisch nicht ausgereift aber die Story war top. Wer den ersten Teil gut fand, wird auch den zweiten mögen 🤗 .

Ich habe gestern ganz kurz mal #DeliverUsMars angespielt, um eine Sache zu überprüfen, weil ich nicht glauben konnte, dass ein Indie Spiel, das ~ 30€ kostet sowas haben kann. Aber doch, das Spiel hat deutsche Synchronisation. 😱 Wie ist das möglich? Ich bin begeistert! 🤩

Wie haben die das finanziert? Und das sind auch keine Amateur Sprecher oder so. Ich hätte fast geheult vor Freude. Weil so viele größere, teurere Spiele haben das nicht. Also wie kann so ein kleines günstiges Spiel sowas haben?

Mit Deliver Us Mars wollte man den Vorgänger übertreffen und hat sich etwas übernommen. Das doch recht junge Entwicklerstudio hat einfach nicht die Erfahrung um ein AAA-Spiel zu produzieren, dorthin wollte man aber. Mehr erfahrt ihr im Test.

Nachdem ich vor ein paar Monaten erfolgreich den Mond in #DeliverUsTheMoon wieder in Gang gebracht hab, ist nun der Mars dran 😎.

Der Anfang hat schon direkt wieder richtig Bock gemacht, #DeliverUsMars wird sicher ein tolles #gaming Spektakel 😃.

Ganz vergessen, dass ich das vorbestellt hatte. 😅 Plötzlich erschien #DeliverUsMars auf meiner #PS5 - nice! 😀 Das sollte ja erst 2022 erscheinen und wurde dann verschoben. Da wurde mir auch angeboten das abzubestellen, aber habe die Vorbestellung stehen gelassen. 😊

If you're considering getting #DeliverUsMars, but that "unsupported' on #SteamDeck worried you, ignore it. I'm getting 35-45fps with medium settings/DX12/ray tracing enabled on the Deck, doing my usual TDP 9 watts thing to conserve power. 2.5 hours of game time. On default Proton.

Plays just fine on my Ubuntu desktop too. Not sure what's going on over in the discussions page, there seem to be a lot of people having issues over in Windowsland, but it's running great here. 🤷
