#HideyukiKikuchi, author of the #VampireHunterD series as well as the fantastic #Yashakiden Demon Princess books (based in his #DemonCityShinjuku world).

I really love the melding of the modern world, with sci-fi technology, and the supernatural. The world of D is a big inspiration to my own big world that I need to get a lot more writing done on. Kikuchi is the author who's works I've read the most of.

What about yourself? Who is your favorite?

#DemonCityShinjuku souffre de quelques moments d’hésitation au niveau du rythme (ça a dû mal à démarrer et ça s’égare par moments je trouve) néanmoins, il compense beaucoup mieux ces déséquilibres que son homologue Wicked City tant il reste fidèle vis-à-vis de sa finalité avec des combats stylés qui font parfaitement corps avec le postulat recherché. En résulte donc un film japanimé intéressant bien qu’imparfait sur la longueur (à voir au moins une fois dans sa vie).
