Best known as Napoleon Solo in NBC's popular #TheManfromUNCLE (1964-68), he had over 200 screen credits across 7 decades, excelling as suave, slippery characters. Memorable appearances include as the neurosurgeon in Amicus' #TheMindofMrSoames ('70), a murderous millionaire in #Columbo (Troubled Waters, '75) and the voice of malevolent A.I. Proteus IV in #DemonSeed ('77).
