Whoever cast #DeniseGough as #DedraMeero in #Andor should get an award. She is amazingly good and wonderful in the role.

When she arrives on Feerix and goes walkabout in a hooded cape, there's a moment when the camera and lighting create a sepulchral, almost skull-like, image of her face under her hood, reminiscent of the first views of Emperor Palpatine in the films. The embodiment of bureaucratic evil.
