@MargaretSefton @arevvik it's like battling with your shadow, they are two kind of mood stabilizer for #Bipolar the one for preventing mania episode like yours, or the one for preventing depressive episode like mine, I wasn't never on #depakote but I'm also on #depakine wish are a little similar, some of effect I struggle with are, poor quality of sleep accompanied with insomnia, and weird vivid dream, among other side effect that I hope to get ride off soon while lowering the dosage.
