I've been tracking my mood daily since the start of the year. Trying to identify patterns in when I'm feeling down and depressed, like today.

I've also been tracking other stuff like sleep and food.

This is the daily average of my mood since starting. It's taken a dive this last week because I've had flu and slept terribly. Definitely interesting to start seeing this data though.

One of my favorite pictures of my 18-year-old. He just told me that his med provider is taking him off latuda. The thought terrifies me, before latuda he was suicidal. I am hoping for a smooth transition to his new med.

My boys a good 15 years ago. I had no idea the struggles that these kids would have. That little boy in the center is my guy with epilepsy and the one on the left is the one that struggles with depression. All three have ADHD.

Sadly he'll battle clinical depression his whole life but he knows how important his medication is.

My kid hasn't been eating his calorie requirement for one of his depression meds. The calories are required to ensure absorption. That explains why this week has been such a mental break for him.

My 18 year old has clinical depression, and his mental health is a constant struggle. He's really been having a hard time the past 4 days including not being able to work. He is mostly med compliant but one medication has a calorie requirement and he struggles to see the necessity of that.
