We also use electrical stimulation of the vagus nerve to treat certain conditions (e.g. epilepsy, #depresssion) but "resetting the vagus nerve" *works* because all the methods are meant for you to take a break from a stressful situation or focus on your breathing. You will achieve the same effect by using simple #relaxation techniques, mindfulness, or a cold compress, a walk, breathing exercises.
Don't buy into the #hype.

Heute ist ein mieser Tag, eigentlich wollte ich #Space1889 online leiten, aber meine Psyche spielt gerade nicht mit. Die sch.. #Depresssion kickt gerade voll rein. Ich könnte gerade so los heulen dabei sollte ich mich freuen, wir haben den Weihnachtsbaum seit heute, Auto ist durch den Tüv, Weihnachtsessen ist eingekauft usw. Aber ich hänge durch wie jedes Jahr um diese Zeit. #notjustsad
