It's funny how checking my #Twitter account used to always involve cringing in anticipation of getting hated on by strangers after some righteous asshole quote tweeted me over a misunderstanding to their tens of thousands of followers... Now on masto I'm just like, "I wonder what interesting conversation was contributed to today?" 😊

Not that I don't occasionally get hated in here as well, but it's so much more minimal, pretty much always comes from a brand new Twitter convert, and is easily solved by a block.
