Since 1979, the permanently active #EA80 have been playing gritty #punk #rock. Besides #Fehlfarben, there is probably no more important German-language #punk #band, if relevance vs. popularity (e. g. #DieÄrzte #DieTotenHosen) has any meaning at all. #EA80 remind me of #bands like #Fugazi. I'm not aware of any notable promotions or merchandise.
