To elaborate, my symptoms were so severe before I got him, that I was regularly #dissociating for hours on end. I experienced #derealization and #depersonalization multiple times per day. the episode that I had this past week was the worst that I had in months, as I now go weeks without dissociating. This little guy is the best grounding technique I could have ever asked for, and I love him to pieces. Absolutely worth the 2 years of #ServiceDog training. :)

Having one of those days in which I mostly can't come out of bed. Stress I suppose. I got loads of tools that can help me but 0 powers to try any of them. I don't like this though, I have so much to do. What helps you when you're feeling down?
