Last week, I presented a small side project in Aarhus, which I will be working on over the next couple of years: How do urban societies in Southern Jutland/#Schleswig deal with #castles of former sovereigns. A public urban history of the castle, so to speak.

The title shows the demolition of the remains of the Marienburg (or Duburg) above the city of #Flensburg in 1900, in order to create space for the new urban district of Duburg.
