I am very passionate about treating #acne. One of the easiest ways to lose a patient's trust is to undertreat. Isotretinoin, OCPs, and spironolactone are your friends; do not fear them!

I've been sharing the care of my grandmother recently. She is declining more rapidly than we expected and it's been tough. Like most things, it's hard to really know how difficult situations are until you are in them yourself.

Recently I had a patient brought in by their son and I saw him doing all the things I had been doing. I felt so much empathy for what he was enduring on his own. 1/2
