"The Shadow" is in my #DesertIsland Top 20 #film list, easily. It leans boldly into the #pulp genre, has a great cast, and a banging #JerryGoldsmith soundtrack. I've never been able to understand why it didn't do much, much better #BoxOffice than it did.

Interesting. Thus far, it's 0% votes for "a change of clothes." Maybe some ppl figure that after 10 yrs' time, if the ONE outfit they were wearing deteriorates, they can just fashion clothing out of plant fibers. I really tried to go for the dark turquoise cast of a moonlit night. One of my favorite painters, Mark Maggiori, is an absolute master at this. I don't think I quite got it, but I really like the painting anyway.

I also have a comic about a tortoise on the back burner, which I'm pretty excited about. Whenever I can find time to get to such things. 🐢
