@jikodesu I answered /broken/, but broken can mean many things. #Wireapp & #Tutanota have gone down the #designedObsolesence path. So I will just let the device stay broken on that regard.

Even in the most obviously case like the phone getting run over, i would seriously consider carrying a paper notepad instead, until the tech industry makes something suitable.
