Being an exceptional designer does not equate to being skilled at delivering feedback that enhances the work of others. Some of the best technical designers I know give feedback that is so prescriptive it leads to dead-ends.

As a manager I wish there was a way to leave private comments on a Figma. It's one thing to give feedback at the level of the design, but I want to use those moments to guide and coach my team as well without it being public to all of their collaborators.
