I just spent over an hour trying to figure out why the matcha themes in gtk and qt weren’t matching. Amazingly, it wasn’t my fault, for once. The kvantum version of matcha-dark-azul has the wrong window colours. Maybe I should file a bug report.

Desktop themes were brought to Windows in the Microsoft Plus! pack for Windows 95 (1995).
