The eco hippie laundry soaps don’t get anything clean, and the mainstream ones are toxic and wastefully packaged. For effectiveness I settle on things like Tide or All unscented/undyed, for waste reduction I chose Earth Breeze sheets, but neither of them hits the mark. Is anything out there a happy medium? Definitely not 7th Generation or Ecos. #HiveMind

Tbh #CKD a giant concern of mine & is barely on people’s radars. If my dad didn’t have a transplant in 2015, i’d know zero about it & suspect most people are like this

Gonna have to deconstruct some hats for patterns but it might be fun. I can make a couple of hats out of one old garment and it gives me extra sewing practice.
I will probably be removing the strong #scents of #detergent of things though because I have friends that are very sensitive to scents and have #allergies.
Super aware of that.

Laundry day so thought I would share details of these #PlasticFree #laundry #detergent sheets that I have been using for a while. They wash clothes really well in the machine (can also be used for handwashing as they totally dissolve in water. My kitchen isn't large and the box is small (fits through the letterbox) so saves lots of space.
