Alright , let's go for exercise two in the first week of our little challenge. Same as last time - five minutes walking warmup, then the "run one minute, walk for one and a half" intervals. But this time 8 times, not 6. Then cool down. Have fun!

My fellow devs, since I started on more related activities recently - how about a little that will get you up and running up to 5km within two months? You will just need three timeslots a week, each between 30 and 45 minutes long...
