I think my biggest takeaway from running a masked #XWorld + #DevWorld event is that if you ask people to wear a mask then, by and large, they will. It’s also good to make a big pile of masks clearly available at (for example) the registration desk, so people don’t have any friction to place their mask if needed. #Events #Conferences #COVIDsafety

I'm in the middle of running #devworld and #XWorld, and our priority has been on COVID safety. The ventilation at the SEEK.com.au campus that we're running it at is so good, we're getting CO2 concentrations as low as 580ppm. That's basically as good as outdoors.

The answer is unequivocally yes. The planning for this started before that, and we wouldn’t be comfortable doing this any other way.
