It's all about the #dewpoint, the most ignored weather term that is really the culprit that makes heat unbearable. Heat like 86 degrees Fahrenheit. It ain't just the humidity, it's the dewpoint. It is sometimes listed in the forecast, but it can't be explained by the room temperature IQ of a television weather reporter.
