Du hast bei #Friendica verschiedene Protokolle (#ActivityPub #DFRN #Diaspora ). Mastodon kann nur AP. Vielleicht ist es darüber auch steuerbar, das habe ich aber auf Anhieb nicht gefunden.
Normalerweise sind die Posts damit im ganzen Fediverse lesbar, abgesehen von einigen Instanzen, die loma.ml deföderiert hat. Das sind dann natürlich zu großen Anteilen auch Mastodon-Instanzen, mit denen föderiert wird.
Für welchen Einsatzzweck brauchst Du es?

Not only does the person whose post you favourite, get a notification about it, the list of people who favourited a post can also be seen by everyone (usually by clicking on the number of favourites in the details view of your instance's web view), as demonstrated by the (blurred) attached screenshot.

Also, while #ActivityPub probably accounts for the majority of the communication on the #Fediverse, it's not the only protocol spoken between servers part of the wider Fediverse. For example there is #Zot, #Diaspora and #DFRN. #Hubzilla is probably the most versatile server software when it comes to protocols it can interact with.
