Worum ging es in dem Vortrag? Menschen essen vor allem aus zwei Gründen: Aus Hunger und zum Vergnügen. Dabei wählen sie das, was sie kennen und mögen oder, wenn das nicht geht, was verfügbar ist. Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts begannen Expert:innen in den USA dagegen vorzugehen.
