british / indian / american public health data wonk living in atlanta, ga w/ my husband, a new daughter & 2 cats. i’m passionate about eliminating preventable diseases, particularly among vulnerable populations around the world, and strengthening systems of health.

i have a BS in psych from georgia tech 🐝 & an MPH from unc-chapel hill 🐏. i’m a PhD dropout. trying to improve my data skills in #R, #SQL, #QGIS & #DHIS2.

Senior Enterprise Fellow Heather Chamberlain and Research Fellow Dr Assane Gadiaga have just returned from 4 days last week spent in Nairobi, Kenya learning from colleagues at #DHIS2, #HISP #Uganda HISP #Rwanda, Ministry of Health Uganda, #UNICEF and #GRID3 . They discussed sources of #population data, gridded population estimates and utility in the DHIS2 maps app - a really fruitful week working on Phase 2 of our GRID3 https://www.worldpop.org/current-projects/grid3-phase2
