Disgusted with my new City Councillor #DianneSaxe who voted with #JohnTory (and effectively #DougFord) to not debate #Bill39 TODAY. Thats's the Bill to allow #Toronto's Mayor to overrule Council with just a third of members. There is no excuse for this cowardice and pandering. Her vote could have forced a debate and brought Tory closer to not asking for this undemocratic bill.
