Happy "Diaversary" to meee! (38 years).

I didn't understand some of the Scottish words, but in searching i found out some folks use "jag" to mean "inject". 😄 since I'm at about 100,000 self "jags", I'm happy to find a new word!

It’s my #diaversary today. Still alive! Five years ago I was in the hospital trying to wrap my head around my new reality. Tonight was one of those fun times when you’re full from dinner and then you have to force-feed yourself fruit snacks because you’re low. Some days are easier than others. But I’m glad I’m still here. Here’s to many many more years! 🥂

Today is my 26th #Diaversary. On this day in 1996 I was diagnosed with Type 1 #Diabetes, and my life has never been the same. I had a kidney/pancreas transplant in 2020 which has helped immensely, but I still have complications from my #T1D to this day. #DiabetesAwarenessMonth #TransplantRecipient #Insulin4All #KidneyPancreasTransplant

The 3 days include today Tuesday, tomorrow Wednesday, and Thursday. I was actually diagnosed on the 6th, but Wednesday isn't my favourite day of the week. So, I add 1 day pre & post for good measure. Jijiji :^D :^p ;^)
