She’s always telling me how she’s so hurt that my NB sibling doesn’t talk to her. I don’t want to speak to her either. Fuck — fuck her bullshit. Oh — it’s definitely for alcohol/drugs. :dumpster_fire: I’m not a horrible daughter letting her mother starve.
It’s not a therapy week sadly, but I can journal and if my anxiety ramps up I can possibly get a cancellation appt.
My mental health has been :skellysplode: not great but Papa REC knows I’m not coping and he will take care of me or tell me to seek out some extra MH care if required.
