Dichelostema also known as Blue Dicks, in parts of ca an indigenous people's staple. The root bulbs are small, roundish, and quite tasty. Digging them actually helps spread and increase populations.
The other plant is charming, tiny, delicate, Thysanocarpus also known as lace pod, or spoke pod, not sure which this is
