A quick costume post ,if you want to make customised chokers ,which will save a lot of money ,then they are quick and easy to make and you can make lots ,you just need to sew some kind of trim over pleated ribbon (Asian stores and ebay have loads) ,or you use a necklace they add ribbon ties or sew a bracelet directly onto a thick piece of ribbon so the ribbons hidden ,you can use broken ones
