I really hate reddit and I hate #bullshit #bjj hero fables. Always go for de-escalation first. (As an aside, I think it's not impossible to use self defense techniques irl, but this story doesn't add up.) Could be a case of this didn't happen so hard it unhappened some things that had.

I'm going back to ignoring this nonsense. Till a friend sends me another link, lol.
