Who has, or has had #CovidNotCovid in the last few months? Classic symptoms, but #didntTestPositive?

Unlike novel diseases, it might be cool if this spread widely

Am having a very flat day. I put it down to the #didntTestPositive case of #Covid or #Flu a few weeks ago. It felt like covid to me and certainly the recovery has been similar to that reported. Today, no energy.
