So back in 2011, a colleague and I put together a bunch of 'modules' which were really potential textbook chapters, on the theory that we'd open-access publish them.

We worked consistently on them until 2014, and have used them as class resources ever since. They basically work as an intro textbook, at least as well as any intro text on the actual textbook market.

But we never did anything real with them. ...
