welp, I just used 2 prepaid 25 dollar giftcards I got from doing user studies, plus 10 of the last 20 bucks in my bank account for this month to buy 50 #hotwheels cars. May God have mercy on my soul. I know I should feel stupid, but I've been wanting to scratch this itch for years now, and it's pretty rare that I buy something for my self just purely for enjoyment. LOL

Hey, I wonder if anyone still sells 1/64 scale or similar sized metal #DieCast #cars like the OG #hotwheels and #matchbox cars of old?
All I can find these days are collectors items for crazy amounts of money. I miss them so much. The new #toys just don't have nearly the same quality at all. I miss the reassuring weight and solidity of the ones I grew up with in the #90s
They made for great #manipulatives for a blind kid. I really wish I would have thought to ask for a big pack as a kid.

Picked up this #HotWheels Custom Motors #Batman starter set.

Interesting set, that I didn't know about, so happy I saw it, even happier that it wasn't all that much. I think it was about $15 bucks all said and done.

Picked up from a local auction - Ideal 4 Way Count Down, which is a bit like the game "Shut the Door" probably just named differently to avoid the lawyers. I think I paid $2.00 for that. The WII Game RED Steel 2 - Don't know much about it, but seemed cheap at $4.00. And the Hot Wheels ID Diecast Mystery Machine which I think I paid $11 for.... walked out of the auction with spending less the $20.

Also picked up this Hot Wheels ID TV Series Batmobile (2018/2019?), from the auction. The box is unopened , but in kind of bad condition. Luckily I already have this car - but I thought for $4.00 dollars, I just couldn't pass it up.
