#TFW you take all of your weight and calorie tracking data, calculate how many fewer net calories you need to be eating per day to lose half a pound a week, adjust your calorie target by that amount, check in two weeks later, and... you've lost exactly a half pound each of the past two weeks.

In case anyone is interested, I'm doing the, wait because it is a mouthful (breathes in), protein-sparing modified fast (PMSF from now on) combined with intermittent fasting.
First meal is at 1pm, last at 9pm. Eating at 2 hour intevals so 5 meals.
Lately going to the gym around noon. So that I eat my first meal there (protein shake) when I finish at 1pm.

Going #sober and #dieting are, for me, relatively easy. All I am doing is eliminating behaviours. I am doing less. Lazy wins.
I need to exercise/tone up. I have the bikes, the weights, I know what to do. But this means doing more.
Try as I might I just cannot get into doing more.
Tricky.
It's all about managing hunger.
To bulk = you need to tolerate LESS hunger.
To cut = you need to tolerate MORE hunger.
On a bulking cycle being hungry is something to avoid, on a cutting cycle being hungry is something desirable to maintain.
