@JB611 Yes indeed. I speak to so many people who think they don't have the tech skills to volunteer to be a #DigitalChampion to support others with their #DigitalSkills. A lot of my work is convincing them it's about the people skills, not the tech skills, and knowing simple things like paperclip=attachment.
