Was reading through @oldaily and there was a great article regarding #digitalobsolescence https://blog.archive.org/2022/11/15/digital-books-wear-out-faster-than-physical-books/ - Got me thinking about my experience in an academic library and I find that information is being created/updated so quickly that it is already out of date before hitting the shelf. I think for me, if there is a need to preserve the info, you need to make sure the format and maintenance are factored in. I have hardcopies for my favourite books but for ease of use I have a kindle
