Das Abschalten fast aller akustischen und optischen Benachrichtigungen für Apps und Funktionen schafft tatsächlich eine himmlische Ruhe und Entspannung. Es entzerrt Arbeit wie auch Freizeitaktivitäten massiv. Hätte ich schon vor Jahrzehnten machen sollen. Jetzt höre ich nur noch das Düdeln der Endgeräte in der Nachbarschaft. Einzig ausgewählte Kontakte im Messenger sind noch offen. EMail auch noch, aber nicht mehr lange. #digitalwellbeing

So I am complaining now. I have an #Android Phone from #Google. Latest update my phone started pocket dialing #911. Could NOT figure out what was happening. Had the locked in pocket turned on. Finally on the news they talked about "Reports of Android phones dialing 911". Wait, what? Oh yeah #Google turned ON the "Emergency SOS" automatically, so as I was riding my bike the side button somehow got pressed 5 times & 911 was dialed. Not just once, a few times.

Thanks #Google for deluging emergency services with 911 calls that were pocket dials. Some good thought & testing went into THAT feature.

And while I am on the subject, #DigitalWellBeing is HIGHLY annoying. I have turned it of on everything I could yet it STILL alerts me. I JUST WANT IT OFF AND THERE IS NO OFF BUTTON!

A phone should be silent UNLESS I want it to notify me, NOT the other way around.
