I have a #digitone, and I don’t really know how to use it. Obviously reading the manual would be a good start, but does anyone have suggestions for resources on how to get up and running quickly? Written word is preferred but videos are ok too. I am familiar with the basics of the #Elektron workflow (I have an A4) but I know nothing about the digitone specifically.

Really enjoying the Elektron #Digitone as a multi-timbral synthesizer. This dark, orchestral synthwavey piece is mostly Digitone, with percussion, extra textures and effects added in the DAW.

Using the #Digitakt after first using the #Digitone, I love a few obvious upgrades for percussion:
8 tracks allow for much better build-up than just using 1 track for drums on the Digitone.
Retriggers - I can fake this on the Digitone with the Arp, but it's not as convenient.
Limiter/compressor is good - but I need to get better at mastering.

Not a fan of touch controls (I'd much rather menu-diving.) We've also got the #Digitone now so I'm over it.
Don't get me wrong, there's really great stuff you can do with a DX that you can't with a DN, but I don't think there are any UIs out there that help you manage oscillator phase or anything fancy like that.
