The #debt #fueled #growth and dizzying #valuations built on an #era of #easymoney is coming to an end.
The #federalreserve and other #centralbanks are unrelenting in raising #interestrates.
When coupled with the #diminishing #returns #law of #capital doesn't bode well for the #future of #economies #worldwide.

While the #journey itself has been rewarding (monetarily and fulfillment-wise), of late, I have noticed that there are #diminishing #returns from my work as younger and more energetic, not to leave out, hugely talented #creators, who are streets ahead in terms of earnings and engagement.
On the other hand, I have also seen how #millions of others are "struggling" in this #creatoreconomy .

I found that these policies have #diminishing #returns. In other words, the highest rates of women's #employment, and the lowest rates of #unemployment and #inactivity, are found in countries with large investments in both ALMP and ECEC, but such higher investments are associated with diminishing returns.
