#PrimeVideo is interested in a #DingChavez spin-off, but I'm less than excited about it because Chavez has been turned into Clark. The Navy SEAL as fictional action hero is played out, IMO. I would've preferred to see Chavez retain his own background and be fleshed out.

#PrimeVideo's #JackRyan has changed #DingChavez from an Army guy into a Navy SEAL, basically who #JohnClark is in the books. To me, this doesn't truly show Chavez's character. I understand the show was not allowed to use Clark b/c Clark was reserved for the #MichaelBJordan #Movies, but simply turning Chavez into Clark is wrong.
