Odd - the #OctopusEnergy app recommends that I should keep my monthly payments as they are, but their website says I should drop my payments by around £40/month. I'm also around £400 in credit.

I tried twice to sign up, it's a #Catch22 if you#re #housebound.

You need to be able to pay via #PayPal to access UK Postal Collection - because the website is renowned for fraudulent trasactions; my #DebitCard got autoblocked.

BUT, without Postal Access you can't register the #DirectDebit.

THEN there's the #ID issue for alternatives.

UNLESS you HAVE postal access, you can't get any ID.

It is illegal AND BLOODY STUPID to send a selfie of you and Photo ID.

Just BS to quote ID references if buying age restricted products online.
