Like, we just watched Loki Season 1 and it's killing me that there's not even a release date for Season 2. I watched Dirk Gently, fell in love with the show, and was devastated to learn that there would be no season 3; it inspired me to read the books, and that offered a tiny shred of comfort, but it took a long time to stop thinking about it and wishing like heck that they'd suddenly announce a third season and all my woe would be replaced with rejoicing.

Discovered that I had gotten Douglas Adams to sign it one of the times he was in Ann Arbor in the late 80s. Family agreed that we should put that copy somewhere safe and find another copy to read. #books #DirkGently

First book, must read. Period.
Second book, pretty great, I didn't get the ending though.
2010 British tv shows, pretty fun, close to the book in terms of feel. They threw in a few #NotGay moments for no reason, but it was 2010; who cares. The budget was just too small to make it look good.
2016 tv series, Dirk's abilities are more supernatural than the books. VERY fun though! Bart is the best character and steals the show, IN MY OPINION. :ablobcatbongo:
