Ramen Rustica.

Eggs, peppers & baby tomatoes boiled with the noodles and chicken broth powder. The eggs don't always turn out pretty when I do it this way, see pic, but my word, it's a cut above. The boiling broth works its way into the ramen, and the vegetables as salt from the broth pulls moisture from the vegetables.
