Stop telling disabled students to advocate for themselves. Seriously, stop.

Recognize the power structures within #HigherEd and try and imagine how much work advocating for equity and access is. It's exhausting and it takes bravery no student should be required to have.

Don't perpetuate this nonsense.

The responsibility should be on the instructor and the institution.
