Update: got the tow. They verified that the problem is actually not the battery specifically, so it is more likely the starter "relay". But I still had to spend 100 to move the car back home and will have to spend money to get it to a mechanic next week.

Oh, and I still owe the 500 for my rent 💀

I went to get breakfast and my car wouldn't start back up. Someone tried to jump it & the battery is so shot it didn't even spark. My car is currently stranded in front of a Casey's 💀
