While it may seem a generic Peace & Love message, it has very practical implications.
In a team/org one cannot _sense_ and respond effectively when people don't speak freely and deep listening and empathy are lacking. No tool/AI can fully make up for that.

There seems to be a rise in new users who are bringing some of the toxic birdsite traits to this nobler tableau. You know the type. They don't have any real ideas. They aren't steeped in the books YOU'VE carefully studied. So, with typical resentiment, they cast aspersions upon your character rather than address any actual argument you've presented. These vituperative simpletons are easily blocked and ignored, of course. But I do worry that so many have been so thoroughly programmed to behave this way that we are all going to be at each other's throats for sometime rather than coming up with solutions.
Disagreement -- even strongly voiced disagreement -- does not mean we are enemies. But if your first impulse is to declare a jihad rather than summon facts to counter my position, well, it says more about you than me. Demolish my argument. Really. Make me think better. I won't take offense. In fact, I'll probably thank you.
