People who argue about the need for 'free speech' on #social media are missing the point:

Freedom of speech does not matter in places where #noise & #influence decide what gets seen

Ask for #freedom from #pollution and #manipulation in shared media instead

The telecommunication industry is promising 'green #5G'. This is made necessary from the dual
commitments to technological
progress and sustainable development. It assumes #decoupling of #growth (in #data traffic, in this case) from environmental damage, thereby rejecting the need for changing resource intensive behaviours.
The confidence this can be done follows #environmental #discourses of ecological modernisation and Promethean environmentalism.
