The fossil fuel industries, & their socioeconomic & sociopolitical allies, business practice's are ecological suicide #ecocide. Many forms of businesses are causing ecological harm (land degradation, air pollution, etc). And that, by definition, is also many people that are employed by these business agendas.

Many people that, even if they were unhappy about how their employers were harming nature, have little choice, because the capitalism system has dominated what choices people have and green washed the social sphere. People have to pay the rent & buy food.

The richest businesses & people don't have to pay rent & be concerned about "the cost of living crises". They are the "land lords" that generally are exploiting nature, not sustaining it. They are the banks, that make money out of people's debts. Having money to spare, means they can make more money out of other people's need to pay the rent (e.g., charging interest rates).

Capitalism will end. "Landlords" will end. The system where the rich exploit the poor will end. It's inevitable - greed can't sustain nature. Greed is exploitation.
