On any average day in an average persons life(style) -

The average person talks about, for example, traveling to locations using Jet travel, and doesn't consider the environmental effects of travelling by Jet.

The average person often mentions BBQs, campfires or even bonfires, and doesn't appear to be aware of the air pollution they cause.

The average person feels pleasure whilst eating meat, though feels displeasure whilst thinking about animal cruelty - so they try not to think that their choices, their habits cause animal cruelty. Because, the average person believes their not cruel.

The average person lives for 'today', though today's average behaviours are ecologically degrading tomorrow's future.

The average person perceives 'tomorrow' optimistically, whilst, on average, the average person's lifestyles is making tomorrow less ecologically sustainable.

The average person doesn't understand chemistry, even though their bodies, their selves, are biochemistry.

The average person votes for average politicians, people they can relate to. Or people they will blame if they feel their average lifestyles are threatened.

The average person perceives they're not average. The average person expresses a behavioural psychology that is indicative of insecure or secure narcissism. That average person doesn't think of themselves that way (implicit narcissism).

The average psychologist doesn't believe in, or isn't educated in, therefore doesn't understand - evolutionary psychology.

Some not so average people are sociopaths - they manipulate the average person. For example, they greenwash the average person. But, green washing the average person isn't difficult, for the average person isn't informed about the relevant science's. Or the average people doesn't really care that, for example, their average lifestyles are ecologically toxic & degrading. But, the average person feels good about virtue signaling.

Some average people are leaders that, on average, do business on average, in other words, "business as usual".

Some not so average people try to raise the average person's awareness. For example, they speak out & protest against deforestation, private jet owners, road expansions, plastic pollution, meat eating, air pollution, the fossil fuel industry, etc. But, the average person may call them hypocrites for not being so average, for not wanting to live their average lifestyles.

The average lifestyle isn't ecologically sustainable, it's causing the climate to change. But, the average politician, the average business person, the average voter, isn't able & willing to change their average behaviours.

The population average (statistical mean) is both an over and under estimation of perception (context dependent). In some objective contexts, by some measures, homo sapiens perceive themselves as having extraordinary psychological traits. Though, there only extraordinary because their species typical (average) psychological traits. That "extraordinary" is the perception of the average human, that doesn't tend to think like an evolutionary biologist. That doesn't perceive themselves as only one species amongst multitudes. Our dominance causing forms of self fulfilling prophecies (narcissistic perception).

So, humans are chemicals. And yet, those (electro)chemicals in certain configurations, perceive a multitude of subjective delusions (illusions that have social & ecologically detrimental effects) . Or at least, because the 'mind' is a model of objective reality (perception), that model can be more or less of an accurate represention of objective reality. "Belief's" are a symptom of delusion. "Belief's" don't relate to an understanding, they relate to stories, to mythology, to mysticism, to dogma, to being wrong about reality.

So, let's keep keeping on trying to mitigate those wrongs. After all is "blah blah blah" & done (activities) - the biggest change in human history is happening (ready or not). Climate change is the effect, the ecologically degrading sign, that our species has many 'lessons' to learn.

Will it be the hard way? Is that how humans learn? (On average).

This is just mindblowing and very worrying. But also a unique opportunity to get updated about the ways campaigns currently are operating.

This is on speed, and we need to learn, spread the word and resist this antidemocratic business model.

I can't be bothered to argue with people on anymore. I literally just mute the word, the account, or . We can all look things up, so when someone says something wrong, it's a deliberate choice to not care for the facts that they can look up. Arguing with a stranger won't change their willful ignorance, so I just mute or block.

My take on censorship vs freedom of speech at :
is especially useful to detect other production (bots). We must protect the freedom of speech of real persons not robots producing .
Let’s take good old legal traditions ➡️ apply them to online space.

If the fossil fuel industries owned twitter? what message should climate activists, etc, be promoting on twitter?

If the fossil fuel industries, vehicle industries, mono-agricultural industries (e.g., red meat industries), fishing industries, plastic industries, aviation industries, etc, owned or funded & controlled Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc - what methods do they use to sustain their business as usual agendas?

Do they promote the truth? Do they explain to consumers that their business-as-usually models are ecologically unsustainable, polluting, destructive, etc?

Eco destructive businesses that use social media, the tabloid press, etc, to disinform the consumers by simply selling their products (& ignoring, down playing, the enviromental sciences). Products that can't be ecologically sustained (on an industrial level).

Nature friendly individuals & organisations should make it clear that they do not support Twitter etc. Where the current venture capitalist owner, - has permitted Trump back onto the platform. A person that was banned for spreading ("covid") disinformation. For example, climate denial, etc.

On corporately owned social media, where "right wing" groups proliferate, "nature" organisation's should mirror all of their information on the fediverse (Mastodon, etc).

Encourage people to use mastodon (the fediverse).

Being on twitter, etc, is supporting business as usual. The profit before people & climate agenda is the problem.

The arrest of Andrew Tate apparently had nothing to do with the pizza box. I believed that rumour, too, until I read this post.

This shows how easy it is for rumours, misinformation and disinformation to spread. If you read something online and don't have the time or interest to double check, you might inadvertently believe falsehoods!

The insanely ecologically degrading system.

Example - A forest is destroyed to mine small amounts of expensive rocks (sometimes using slave labour). The rock is sold to a rich person as a form a status display. The rock is diamond.

The system rewards the person that harms nature. The richest, & often the most insincere & vane - spread epistemic pollution . The greediest, most wealthiest are admired by the wannabes (rich). The greediest dominate & promote an economic system that maintains their wealth, their social status, their brand of politics - at the cost of the planet's biosphere.

The liars, the green washing industries - get away with it. Eco Crime pays (money). But, undermines life

Many rich politicians & business people, predictively, virtue signal climate "blah blah blah" - though evidently don't express any personal behaviours, or effective political behaviours, related to reducing their own or countries ecologically degrading activities. They're insincere agents. They virtue signal small "green", yet overall their behaviours & political decisions prove the opposite is true.

What makes so many corrupt?

Does the cheat, the liar, the deceiver, the criminal, feel bad about their behaviours - whilst they are making money from those unethical behaviours?

In general, the richest are the dominant decision makers, in a social system where money is positively correlated with social status. Where the richest have more political influence. The people that have the most ecologically degrading lifestyles are the dominant decision makers (in the present political atmosphere)

The rich are generally about being rich - money seeking behaviours are generally related to ecologically degrading activities.

Any agenda, any epistemology (ideology), that does *not* accommodate the concept of ecological sustainability - & live by those methods, is fundamentally ecocide (by definition)

What effects are human activities having on the planet's life support systems? Are many humans accommodating the science & changing their behaviours to be more sustainable? For instance, are the majority of rich humans vegans? Or are they too busy making profit's with their ecologically unsustainable businesses?

The problems related to sustaining the planet's ecologies - are all psychological problems.

"We" understand how to sustain natural habitats. We have the technologies to generate energy sustainably

Evidently, if the majority of humans, the majority of political & non political organisations, the majority of governments, if the majority of countries cooperated with the aim of becoming ecologically sustainable countries (cultures) - we'd succeed in sustaining our societies. Our communities.

Failure to sustain ecology is a psychological problem. Success depends on acknowledging & dealing with those problems.

Human behaviours have to change to mitigate climate change. Especially in democratic cultures - the most effective change would be an increase in honesty. Green washing governments must be replaced. Green washing governments permit green washing industries.

Systematically, in a democracy, replacing green washing governments will take an informed electorate, & an electorate that wants to live ecologically sustainably. In other words, some people don't care about sustaining ecology because their greed, & their short term agendas, come first & foremost. Though they do virtue signal dishonestly.

The insane ecologically degrading system. The thoughtlessness of air pollutiing activities. The social status displays (e.g., diamonds, gold, sports cars, etc) of the greedy, the most ecologically degrading lifestyles - being perceived as models of success

These behaviours will end. How will they end?
